Here's a rarely seen or offered porcelain "Noser" insulator that I believe was rescued in Romania. But I believe its a very early unmarked Richard Ginori (Italy) or possibly Rosenthal (Germany) manufacturer. This is a very uncommon style Noser! VNM shape with a small inner skirt flake. Measures 2 3/8 wide by 3 inches tall.
