This insulator has W.E. MFG. CO. embossed on the crown, and DEC 19 1871 on the front skirt. On the reverse crown is embossed W.U. I think it is a 126.4? Any help as far as it's estimated value would be appreciated. The lady was asking $16.00 and I don't know if that's too much? Thanks!
