This CD 259 CABLE is the base embossed Oakman version. The base embossing (in perfect condition) is OAKMAN MFG. CO. BOSTON PAT`D JUNE 17, 1890. AUG. 19, 1890. The inside of the outer skirt is threaded. I find one ding on the back side of the dome. Otherwise the insulator appears to be in excellent condition, with some nice bubbles in the ears. My price for this good looker is $30 plus shipping which will not exceed $9 anywhere in the U.S. Will ship to Canada but have to figure shipping cost.
