I recently found this nice Pony, but what is up with the upside down "J" embossed just above the L in BROOKFIELD? It isn't a straw mark, this is actually raised up but slightly thinner than the regular embossing. This particular pony also has a "13" plus one small dot on the crown, but not sure if that is any significance.

Any thoughts?
