The third one down. This one had double arms on top and a Heinz 57 of insulators populated the pins. We found Hemingray CD 152, 154; H.G. Co CD 162; Maydwell CD 162 light purple; N.E.G.M CD 162; Brookfield CD 133 CREB, CD 145; California CD 162's; and the usual star CD 162s. This one was a real head scratcher!
