Terriffic photo taken in NY State showing is what I believe a classic goseneck (albeit common in their day!) incandescent street light to the left. And a variety of open wire lines on the right and left of this old roadway. Note the RR crossing and part of the diamond-shaped "Railroad Crossing" sign that is on the extreme left.
