For your consideration this 'noon is a rather tough Canadian pacific Ry Co CD 143 embossing style, and in good shape to boot!

This piece is the [150] embossing style, which is harder to locate than the [060]s or [070]s to begin with, and especially tough to find in good condition due to the sharp outer edge of the base (many collectors will know what I mean, as base chips on these are common!). The difference in the embossing is the presence of a period after every word except "CO"... there's even an extra dot between "R" and "Y"! The colour is a slightly darker than average aqua shade.

As I mentioned, this piece is in good condition compared to many of it's brethren of the same mould style. The base on this piece is MINT! A very hard claim to make! The only problem appears to be associated with a grind mark on the left side of the piece from where the line wire rested. Perhaps a tree fell on the wire, or something the like, but it took two short, 3/8" by 1/4" areas of chipping from the lower wire ridge, one directly above the "IAN" embossing, and the other above and to the left of the first "C" in CANADIAN. There are some nice bubbles, and a white chunk of potstone in the front dome, as well.

I'm asking $7 U.S. plus shipping for this tough mould style. I accpet personal cheques from any member of ICON, or any one I've dealt with before.

All the best!
