This one is about the same size as the Fidenza and Borgo 2205s, shown here: [id=179145759] although the top groove area is significantly different. Got this the same time as the CD 470 EIV. Neither this one nor the CD 470 is especially rare or unusual, just new to my collection.

Dimansions are 5 1/2 X 4 1/4 X 4. Color is aqua green. Embossing, on the top, either side of the cable groove, is LEV // 2220. LEV is a contraction for L'Electro Verre. This is the only insulator that I know of which has the LEV embossing.
