This is a CD 470, made by EIV, those found in Bavaria [id=182089535] may have been produced by the Gernam company Vegla, or E.S.A .from Spain, or perhaps EIV. The skirt diameter is 95mm (3 3/4 inches), height about 3 7/8 inch (99 mm). Embossing is EIV on one side of the skirt, and 20 / N 95 on the side facing forward in this photo. Color is a green aqua.

The "cable top" version is CD 600, made by Vegla and others.
