Here is a CD 151 H.G.CO. PATd MAY 2nd 1893 / PETTICOAT in aqua with round drip points. I am pretty sure they were formed this way from an underpour and not intentionally, because it is not listed. The next photo shows the drips and as you can see they are uniformly round on both the inner and outer skirt. Now the bad part. There is a long shallow flake up from the base in front that gets most of the date. Otherwise, just a couple of nibbles, and a couple of open bubbles on the inner skirt.
