When they made this run of 113's the mould must have been kinda cold or carbonized. If you see at the base, in the skirt WG and above, and just below the lower lip, there is a lot of rough glass texture or orange peel. I have seen these with this around the lettering and numbers where maybe the mould was dirty with carbon and caused this textured glass. Gives this 113 a unique look, plus check out that whonky G! Insulator is VVNM condition and displays nicely. $6 + $5.00 shipping.
