Okay what do you think?? Not much doubt it's a marking of some sort not tool marks or anything unintentional. Any thoughts, suggestions, guesses? I thought at first it could be a botched LIMA N.Y. then maybe a mutilated F.M. LOCKE but now I've no idea at all
