First spotted this I didn't think much about it. I have a few like it (I thought). Noticed in the lot description that the owner claimed this was marked inside the skirt. Talked to her a bit, got a pic from her and a few days later I'm rolling it around under the desk lamp with a mag glass trying to decipher.
