A great looking CD 162 embossed H. G. CO. over a squeezed in PATENT MAY 2 1893 and on the reverse side PETTICOAT . The drips barely protrude below the base of the skirt. The color is a good solid blue although not as deep as a Hemingray blue. There is one chipped drip below the TT embossing. There is also a dome ping just to the right of the bubble. Shows up in the photo. I think a very fair price for this fine looking transition signal is $35 plus shipping.
