This smooth base CD 162 is embossed H. G. CO. on the front of the skirt and PETTICOAT on the reverse side. The color is either a light green or ice green. Could go either way. There is a 1/2" chip on the upper lip of the wire groove and a shallow 1/8" round chip on the dome. Could be a $30 to $40 insulator but I want to sell it so my price is $15 plus shipping.
