Can anyone tell if this is a common type of blot-out of the letter E in PETTICOAT on a CD 162 Hemi w/ patent date . It kind of looks like a snowman, 2 circles ,. I can't find a listing in the price guide for this type of blot-out . Any thoughts are welcome . Thanks
