Here's a U-1690 chocolate brown glazed porcelain insulator (2 3/4" wide x 4" tall) with a very attractive and bold incuse marking of TE with a large arrow pointing skyward. This embossing is for Telegrafo del Estado (State Telegraph) of Chile. Only two insulators have been recovered with this marking (the other was a variation of this one). Nice VNM condition: a small 1/2 pinkie nail base chip, couple teeny fleabites and light glaze scratches. Partial pin cemented in pinhole.
