Here's a CD 155 Telecom with smooth base insulator made by COOVINAL Limitada in Villavicencio, Colombia (close to a dangerous rebel guerilla group command's headquarters!). The company was founded in 1944 and made insulators until the 1980s. Some of their early production insulators have been found in Smokey Amethyst colors! Very few of their insulators have been found with significant quantity of bubbles. I can only think of one other example that I have found. Underrated piece!

So, here I'm offering a beautiful Yellow Straw CD 155 Telecom with the braille dots around the skirt with a cool overpour around the smooth base. One tiny base nick is the only noticeable damage apart from light wear from being in service. I'd call it VNM+. Photo taken in natural sunlight.
