The person laying flat on this table was recently captured by the "Cable Cops" for illegally stealing cable television service. So among the harsh penalities was intensive electrical shock therapy as you see here and within the next two photos. No coaxial wire was available at the time of this photo for securing the subject down to "The Table" nor was any on hand for carrying any "juice" to the perp's skull. "Old-school" and time-tested "methods" prevailed. See the next two photos for details ;-)
