Relisted because of a backout U-3996 Sale

I am relisting this one because the buyer backed out without paying. I have had this one for quite a while. It is a tramp, but I am not sure of the maker. I do know the U# is U-3996 and it is in VNM condition. I will ask $5 plus shipping for this one.
