Found this on the same day. Anyone have an idea what it is and who made it? There are only two letters which I believe are a part of the same word or name of manufacturer. One is an "O" and the other an "S". There are two inner skirts. I assume it is some sort of Cable Insulator. Email me and let me know if you recognize. Thank you, Roger
