The last time you saw a CD 236 embossed BROOKFIELD was in the 1999 McDougald Price Guide. In the 2003 edition the CD 236 was no more. After all the CD collectors had both the CD 236 and the CD 228 added into their collections, it was decided that the CD 236 was really just a CD 228, after all. So this CD 228 still sports the CD 236 sticker and a $550 price (that from the previous owner). The CD 228 books now for $600 to $700 so we are talking about a pretty good piece of glass. There is a shallow chip at the corner of one ear and a 1/2" chip on the under side of one ear. There are a few inside the skirt flakes and bruises along the base and one chip on the inner skirt.
