Believed to be somewhere in Kansas probably soon after the turn of the century. One can only imagine the brilliant and colorful insulators that might have graced the pole lines on *each* side of this town's streets! Especially knowing that the majority of early Hemingray "specially colored" insulators such as vivid blues and ambers have been found in that state!
