Here is a fantastic coloured insulator, nice CD 151 in a tough lighter Hemi blue shade. The colour is vibrant and the condition is V NM, it has one tiny domeside fisheye(seen in pic)a flat base flake on the side resting edge of base and one tiny sliver off the edge of base(seen in pic) and that's it.
