...but unfortunately, missing about 40% of the base embossing; all that remains is 1881, NOV. 13, 1883, FEB. 12, 1884 and coming around from the other direction the Y. from N.Y. and DOUBLE PETTICOAT still remains. Not sure of the color on this one, but pretty sure it's just Green. A nice amber glob with a bit of milk involved in it in the dome, and a few other amber smears exist in the skirt too. Only other damage is one small dome ping and another slight scratch, also on the dome. A nice example of this colour for your line-up until a better example comes along. With a VNM one listing for $400-500, I think this specimen should find a home for $135 shipped & insured anywhere in the US or Canada, and money back if not satisfied with colour or condition.
