This lamp where changed. Here is a normal fullgreen cross with the stupidest program.. It stops me always. I live near this lamp right, my house is behind the trees. Here are the malls, superstores etc. The Southern town gate is some km far. That lamps are on the main street, in other streets are more lamps. That day was Sunday, all lamps flash yellow.
