Spring snowstorm hit us about a half hour out of town, where skies had been clear and cool at 0700hrs. Roads were instant ice rinks as the snow hit the slightly warmer road surface and melted, then froze again. Going was slow. An hour later it was clear and sunny again. This went on over and over again all day.
