This pole was installed by the Northern States Power Co. also a former Byllesby Engineering and Management Company controlled power company, located in Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota and Wisconsin. Note the similarity in construction details to the Oregon pole in the previous photo. Not that these companies had an exclusive on this 2 crossarm formation, It was widely used by many other power utilities.
