Likely around Ohio, Indiana, IL or in that neck of the woods. At any rate you can see how ice storms REALLY raised havoc upon open-wire here in the East! No wonder why some open-wire still is in service within more "tranquil" portions of the United States :-) And put underground or within paired cable where Mother Nature's havoc like this was more prominent ;-(
