Spool on Bracket. Assistance requested again, please

Thanks for your help with the tiny T-bar, noser, and hole in the head porcelains. Generally thought to have been made and used in France 1900-1915. For your consideration today is a nice white spool still mounted on the wood and bracket. Only markings are the blue ink NS within a circle. I am trying to determine the country of origin and where used Looks to be standard size. 2.5 in high and base dia., while cap is 3 in. dia. Appears to have a high quality European type glaze. Firing rest is on the slightly extended base inner skirt.
