Two small porcelain Surge electric fence insulators. Notice the embossed, rather than incused markings on top. These have a smooth base, and not the firing rest "drip points" that other versions of these insulators have. The flea market seller had LOTS of these, along with LOTS of glass CD 100s, and "old dummy me" only bought two. He didn't have them again, at later appearances.
