Not sure of the U # here; it's a very crude spotty glazed porcelain no name--believe Pittsburg manufacture. The neat item is a large extra glob of porcelain on the lower skirt as shown in the pic; you can see too where the wire groove has been tooled several times at the plant & the glaze itself is very runny and spotty.
