Another example of the Cobalt Blue HEMAH (Neman) insulators from Belarus. This one is dated 1967, and shows some slight signs of actual use. I got "sniped" in the last minutes, but at least I'll take the photo as a consolation prize ;-) It's not one of the "Boutique priced", all-too-perfect looking, oily glass, offerings from E-bay.
