Note the guy on the right on the sitting on the right having either a smoke and/or waiting for the next train :-) The crossarms in this photo are possibly deviod of any insulators and the only one clearly seen is a "hat" style on a side pin. (there is a scratch on the orginal photo next to this insulator). It is not known if the crossarms had under-arm Ramshorn hooks, threadless pins removed or were waiting for the installation of subsequent pin threaded types. The location was in Virginia.
