Here is a beautiful signal. These carnival 164's are a lot harder to find than their 162 counterparts. The carnival on this piece is perfect, I cannot see a scratch anywhere on this piece! Also, another neat characteristic of this piece are the double stamped "M"s, both M's in the embossing on front and rear are double stamped giving the embossing a unique appearance, plus the H has a blurb of glass near the top as well. All drips are perfect and the piece is VVNM cond. It has one teeny tiny ping on the edge of the WG lip and 2 tiny nicks to the inner skirt.I'd rate this a 10,no upgrade really is possible!
