Here are two smooth base HG CD 162's in peacock blue that I've had in my collection for some time. You will note that the one on the left is a shade or two darker than the one on the right. Also please note that these were manufacturered in two distinctly different molds given their height, lettering differences, etc. I am of the opinion that the slightly darker one has been less commonly found (?). I do understand that a number of blue (or "peacock") H.G. Co. CD 162 smooth base insulators were once used in the St. Louis vicinity.
