Hope you enjoy...Hi folks Here are the pictures I took yesterday you will see the insulator held up to the light it is a beauty[THE ONE I FOUND AFTER IT WAS CLEANED]. I hope you all enjoy the pictures three trains went by while I was out on Feb-6-2007. The poor cat I took a picture of just reminds us how dangerous live rails can be so if anyone is looking in this situation please be careful. Look real close in the cedar tree you will see the insulator pole in there. Yes there are insulators on it. The one pole if you can't figure out why it looks like it is suspended in mid air. I walked under it before I realized it, I had to look close to figure this one out, one old wire is holding it up suspended in mid air the wire is attached to a tree beyond. This could have been dangerous if the wire had broken while I walked under it. Always look up for safety sake. I did see many insulators that over the years people had shot while hunting. I never shot one even when I was a boy. Thanks all enjoy my first day in the wild of insulator hunting.
