This is a BROOKFIELD CD 162.1[030] in olive green, but amber striping makes it look like olive amber. I have had it for a number of years. When I first got it, I immediately noticed how slippery, oily the surface felt. I thought it may have been waxed, but rubbing alcohol, or nail polish remover had no effect. This is definitely not a modern insulator, or repro. Thanks to Bill M. and some interchange of Emails, I am certain this insulator had been sprayed with silicone by a previous owner. I tried spraying one of mine with same results.
