Nice piece. Light aqua glass that's super shiny and clean! Nice wisps of amber add interest to this piece. Large sharp crisp embossing. For the specially collector this is the [040] one with the small "o" in "Co." I'll say it has a small flake on the base just so I won't say that M word... $17 plus shipping.
