Bishop's Crook Street Light with Insulators

On the right is a radial wave incandescent (filament style lightbulb) fixture mounted on a "Bishop's Crook" ornamental street light pole. Note the two insulators affixed to the top of this graceful pole which lead the wires to the fixture. I do not know the date or location with this one but poles with fixtures just like the one shown were illustrated in a 1912 General Electric catalog.
