Tonight as I was going thru the porcelain insulators I have I was scrutinizing this one and discovered that underneath the glaze of this piece there is a perfect fingerprint in the porcelain right down to the print pattern of their fingertip. What a rare thing this seems to be. I recall the discussion on ICON several years back about prints in glass insulators which would be humanly unbearable, but since my guess is that porcelain are cold until kiln baked, this should be quite possible. Any other collectors have any input to add on this?
