Another view of Suspension Display

Winds of 70-75 mph are not common in Merritt, but when they do blow through at that velocity, something has to give. As you can see, the nails kept the telegraph insulators safely in place, so there was no damage. When the temperature climbs back to normal, I will attempt to straighten the display, and re-hang the suspensions. Right now at -25F it is too cold to consider the task. Besides, a nice warm cup of coffee sounds real good right now.
