This is a CD 162 (160) Lynchburg in a nice deep blue and in vnm condition. The embossing features the "Brookfield Blot Out". The unique thing about this piece is that an underpour occured creating a hole through the skirt. It is hard to photograph, but if you look above the left bar in the Y, you will see the small hole.
