I kind of think that this insulator is more likely Lynchburg, just because of the color. There are only two flat chips off the insulator, both on each side of the dome, I can send a second photo if needed. One flat chip is 1/2 inch at it's widest point and the other is 5/8 wide at its widest point, other than that the insulator is easily VVNM. This insulator books for $40-50 in the insulator price guide because it really doesn't show up that much. Only until recently was I albe to upgrade mine in my collection. $17 and shipping is $8.50 and I can ship worldwide, but it will cost more.
