Pretty pair of CD 106 Hemingrays with the [240] primatic embossing. The piece on the left is what I would call a micro bubbly Hemingray blue with a nice amount of dome glass starting at the wire groove with visible layering in the dome. The piece on the right has even more bubbles in an aqua color. The blue piece has 25 sharp pointy drip points. 11 are mint and the others have a varying degree of chips and flakes on them. The aqua piece has 32 drip points! The condition of the drips vary from mint to completely sheared off. On the Hemingray side there is a lower wire groove chip and a couple of drip points chipped that make it into the skirt. Otherwise, the other damage is confined to the drip points. Both are boldly embossed. The price guide says bubbly Hemingray blue range in the $175 - $200 range. It doesn't list bubbly aqua. Since this isn't an area of specialty for me, maybe the price of $36.66 for the pair shipped to your door will give someone's new year a very happy start. First email!
