This is one of the two Ohio mini roman helmet mini's known to have exceptionally huge bubbles in the glass. The bubbles are huge and silvery black carbon lined. The bubbles were caused by organic material getting mixed into the glass when molten and burning up causing these large black gas bubbles. These Ohio mini's like this that have such large bubbles are quite scarce!
