This should not have happend ... Can you say BAD MAINTANENCE!!!... This pole was rotted to the point where less then 1/5 of the wood was intact about six feet up tthe pole . it supported a #000 3 phase primary feeder where it split into two underground circuits feeding power to a major shopping district . it stood at a major street intresection . The pole had not been tested or wood fumed since 1972 acording to the pole tag . This will be a mess to fix as the underground feeders were damaged below ground when the pole fell .
