The Pennycuick version embossing index [020], but I see no blot out. Maybe it's an unlisted version. Who knows? Anyway, some very minor issues, the worst being a 3/8" (that's less than a 1/2"!) very shallow base flake. Three BB dings or pecks. And two very minor flakes on the upper wire ridge. Color is blue aqua. Nice, shiny glass and a good looking piece. Book says this one should go for $75-$100.
