The front side of the narrow base inner skirt CD 319-020. You can see some ghosting under "VICTOR", but it is not as pronounced as the ghosting on the 5 patent dates side. 2 questions. Is the CD 319-020 embossing variant also found in the wide base style, and, is the CD 319 found in 3" narrow base in any other embossing variant. This insulator was acquired from Mark Lauckner about 8-9 years ago. As you can see, there are lots of nice bubbles and charactor marks.
