This Petticoat would have been AWESOME! It is totally loaded with thousands of tiny bubbles. I found pieces of these at three poles in a row, and they all had the same bubbles, and little specks of white snow. Think the whole case was affected? This also has the spiral straw marks up the dome that someone was talking about the other day.
